General Studio Policies
All students or account holders must agree to and sign a copy of the studio policy.
The studio is closed on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There are no refunds.
Studio Policies For In-Home Lessons Studio Policies For In-Studio Lessons
Tuition is paid monthly for a weekly lesson and the amount remains the same in months when there are five lessons. These additional lessons serve as built in makeups for the occasional missed lesson. There are four of these makeup weeks per year.
If you know in advance that a lesson will be missed, you may reschedule it. Rescheduling requests must be received by the 1st of the month. No lessons cancelled after the 1st will be made up.
Rescheduled lesson hours are Friday from 3 to 6pm.
30 days notice is required for lesson termination. Tuition is due for the last month.
Tuition is due by the 1st of the month. Any payment received after the 1st of the month is subject to a $15 late fee. If tuition is not received and you do not contact the studio, lessons may be terminated. Payment can be made via Paypal or personal check.
All lesson lengths include 5 minutes of transitional time.
24 hours notice is required for any cancellation. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited.
Payment is required in advance (via Paypal) or at the start of your lesson (via personal check or cash.) No lessons will be taught on credit.
